The Board of
Directors and Employees of Galveston County Water Control and
Improvement District #1, (The Water Company) have dedicated
themselves to the mission of providing the best water and
wastewater services at the lowest possible cost to its
customers and to continually search for improvements to
enhance the quality of those services.
