We will be working in and around the Colonial Estates subdivision doing a water line replacement project.   Most of this subdivision has two inch water mains and only several fire hydrants.  We are upgrading the water mains to six inches in diameter and will loop the water system.  Further, we will  increase the total number of fire hydrants to six for increased fire protection.  More hydrants could help reduce your fire insurance rate as the minimum distance to a hydrant will now be 500 feet or less.  Most of the mains are in the front of your homes.  It should take us at approximately two months to complete the project.  Also, note that if we mess up a driveway or sidewalk while completing the project, we will make a repair at our cost.  We will not take on replacement of all sidewalks if they are not damaged during the water line project.  We plan to bore under most driveways and do our best to minimize the mess.  You may call us at 281-337-7529 if you have any questions.
