To pay your water bill online, you will need a copy of your most recent billing statement and you can make payments by credit card by clicking the "Pay Your Bill" button below. You will be prompted for your account number and the PIN number that is on your billing statement. Once you arrive at the page just follow the simple instructions. There is a $3.00 convenience fee added for credit card payments for balances up to $120.00.  For balances of $120.00 or greater, the convenience fee is 2.5% of the balance.

NOTE: If you have already been cut off or are already on the cut-off list you will be required to come into the office and pay the necessary fees to have your service reinstated. If you need information on the process you may call our customer service representatives at 281-337-1576. They will be glad to help you and explain the process for payment after you may have been cut-off or are on the current cut-off list already with our Meter Techs in the field doing disconnects.
